为筑牢国际学生暑期安全防线，规范在校各项管理要求，国际教育学院于7月14日召开2026年暑假留校国际学生安全教育会议，国际教育学院副院长董鹏飞、外事专员周凯、辅导员任梦阳、曹莹莹，全体留校国际学生参会。此次会议重点围绕出行报备、宿舍管理、交通消防以及涉外法律法规等重点内容开展全覆盖宣讲。
To strengthen the safety defense line for international students during the summer and standardize campus management requirements, theSchoolof International Education held the 2026 Summer Safety Education Meeting for International Students on July 14. Vice Dean Dong Pengfei, Foreign Affairs Specialist Zhou Kai, counselors Ren Mengyang and Cao Yingying, and all international students staying on campus during the summer attended the meeting. The meeting focused on comprehensive safety briefings covering key areas including travel reporting, dormitory management, traffic and fire safety, as well as laws and regulations pertaining to foreigners.
曹莹莹老师和周凯老师结合大量真实典型案例，聚焦交通出行、宿舍消防、人身安全、网络规范、电信反诈、非法务工以及涉外法律法规等重点领域，深入剖析各类潜在安全风险，明确行为安全红线，要求全体国际学生时刻紧绷安全之弦，敬畏规则、严守纪律，主动规避各类安全风险，从源头筑牢安全防线。
At the meeting, all international students staying on campus signed the "2026 Summer Student Safety Commitment Letter" one by one, pledging to conscientiously abide by university rules and regulations, proactively report their travel plans and daily movements, strictly adhere to safety guidelines, fully cooperate with the College's summer management efforts, and spend the summer vacation in a safe and orderly manner.
会议现场，全体留校国际学生逐一签署《2026暑期学生安全承诺书》，郑重承诺自觉遵守校纪校规，主动报备行程动态，严守安全底线，全力配合学院暑期管理工作，平安有序度过暑假。

最后，副院长董鹏飞作暑期专项要求讲话，他叮嘱全体来华留学生务必严格遵守校纪校规与法律法规，紧绷安全防线；合理规划假期作息，做到劳逸结合，利用闲暇时间勤学汉语、夯实语言功底；同时要求学院全体留学生管理人员假期保持手机24小时通讯畅通，及时回应留学生各类咨询困惑，第一时间对接跟进、靠前帮扶处置，全程做好假期管理保障与应急服务工作。
In his concluding remarks, Vice Dean Dong Pengfei emphasized that all international students must strictly comply with university rules, regulations, and Chinese laws, remain vigilant about safety at all times, and plan their summer schedule wisely to strike a balance between work and rest. He also encouraged students to make good use of their spare time to practice Chinese and strengthen their language proficiency. He further required all international student management staff to keep their mobile phones accessible 24/7 throughout the summer, respond promptly to students' inquiries and concerns, and provide timely support and assistance—ensuring full-service management and emergency response throughout the vacation.
本次暑期安全教育会议进一步明确了暑假期间国际学生管理要求和安全纪律，增强了国际学生的安全防范意识、规则意识和责任意识。国际教育学院将持续做好暑期国际学生动态管理、风险排查和教育提醒工作，切实保障国际学生度过一个安全、健康、文明、有序的假期。
This summer safety education meeting further clarified the management requirements and safety protocols for international students during the summer break, and enhanced their awareness of safety, rule compliance, and personal responsibility. TheSchoolof International Education will continue to carry out dynamic student tracking, risk assessment, and safety reminders throughout the summer to ensure that all international students enjoy a safe, healthy, civilized, and well-ordered vacation.
