为保障来华留学生寒假期间的人身与财产安全，强化其安全与守法意识，1月30日，我校国际教育学院在天健厅召开2026年寒假来华留学生安全教育大会。国际教育学院院长郑晓航、副院长王晓龙、董鹏飞及全体来华留学生参加本次会议，会议由副院长王晓龙主持。

To safeguard the personal and property safety of international students in China during the winter vacation and strengthen their awareness of safety and abiding by the law, School of International Education of our university held the 2026 Winter Vacation Safety Education Conference for International Students in China at Tianjian Hall on January 30th. Zheng Xiaohang, Dean of School of International Education, Wang Xiaolong and Dong Pengfei, Vice Deans, together with all international students in China attended the conference, which was presided over by Vice Dean Wang Xiaolong.

会上，任梦阳老师围绕交通安全、消防安全、防诈骗等重点内容开展安全教育，周凯老师解读了在华学习生活的法律法规。随后，全体留学生签署了《国际教育学院2026年寒假安全承诺书》，明确个人安全责任。

At the conference, Teacher Ren Mengyang delivered a safety education session focusing on traffic safety, fire safety and fraud prevention, while Teacher Zhou Kai interpreted the laws and regulations governing study and life in China. Afterwards, all international students signed the Safety Commitment for the 2026 Winter Vacation of School of International Education, affirming their personal safety responsibilities.

最后，国际教育学院院长郑晓航做总结讲话，要求留学生时刻紧绷安全弦、主动学习法律法规，并保持与学院的密切沟通，确保度过一个平安、充实的假期。

Finally, Zheng Xiaohang, Dean of School of International Education, delivered a concluding speech, urging international students to stay vigilant about safety at all times, take the initiative to learn relevant laws and regulations, and maintain close communication with the college to ensure a safe and fulfilling vacation.
