彩色毽子腾空起，中外笑脸相映红。11月26日，“鸡毛毽子飞呀飞”主题沙龙落下帷幕，中外学生用一场活力满满的“毽子之约”，解锁了跨文化交流的欢乐密码。

Colorful shuttlecocks soared into the air, and smiling faces of Chinese and foreign students glowed brightly. On November 26th, the themed salon "Feather Shuttlecocks Flying High" came to a wonderful close. Through a dynamic "shuttlecock date," Chinese and foreign students unlocked the joyful code of cross-cultural communication.

活动开场先放“大招”：一段中国传统花毽视频惊艳亮相，踢毽人脚尖绕毽、脚面颠球的灵巧技法，让在场同学看得聚精会神，不时发出“哇”的赞叹。要知道，这小小的毽子可是中国传统民俗运动，早在汉代就有记载，既练反应又能拉近距离，是妥妥的“交流神器”！

The event kicked off with a stunning highlight: a video of traditional Chinese shuttlecock art. The performers' dexterous skills—twirling shuttlecocks around their toes and bouncing them on the insteps—held the audience spellbound, drawing frequent exclamations of "Wow!" This small shuttlecock, a traditional Chinese folk sport with records dating back to the Han Dynasty, not only trains reflexes but also fosters connections, truly a perfect "communication tool"!

没接触过毽子？别急！中国学生主动当起“小老师”，手把手教外国同学“盘踢”（脚内侧接球）、“拐踢”（脚外侧送毽），还分享“眼睛盯准毽子，膝盖微弯更稳”的小技巧。外国留学生也积极展示。一些会踢足球的外国留学生，凭着运动天赋快速上手，从“踢飞第一个”到“连踢五六个”，在赛场上一展身手。不少留学生赛后愉快地表示，今天特别好玩，这项运动很棒，他们玩得很开心。

New to shuttlecocks? No worries! Chinese students volunteered as "little teachers," guiding foreign students through basic moves like "pan ti" (inside-of-the-foot kick) and "guai ti" (outside-of-the-foot kick), while sharing handy tips: "Keep your eyes on the shuttlecock and bend your knees slightly for stability." International students were eager to showcase their skills too—those with a background in soccer quickly picked it up, progressing from "kicking it away on the first try" to "landing five or six consecutive kicks," shining on the field. Many foreign students happily commented after the event, "Today was so much fun! This sport is amazing, and we really enjoyed ourselves."

单人赛里专注计数，双人赛中默契传球，接力赛时齐声鼓劲，毽子在空中划出的弧线，成了最灵动的友谊纽带。更暖的是，开场时中国同学早早摆好桌椅，结束后外国留学生主动留场收拾，细节里满是互助温情。

In the singles competition, participants focused on counting their kicks; in doubles, they passed the shuttlecock with tacit understanding; and in the relay race, everyone cheered loudly together. The arcs traced by the shuttlecocks in the air became the most vivid bonds of friendship. Even more heartwarming were the little details: Chinese students set up tables and chairs early before the event, and foreign students volunteered to clean up afterward, embodying mutual assistance and warmth.

As custom shuttlecocks were awarded to the winners and everyone posed for photos with their shuttlecocks, this salon—uniting people through shuttlecocks—was more than just a sport.
