为进一步加强外籍师生管理，提升全体外籍人员的安全防范意识与适应能力，根据学校及学院相关工作安排，国际教育学院于10月13日下午在东校区天健厅举办了2025年秋季学期外籍师生安全教育大会。会议由国际教育学院党委书记王晓龙主持。新郑市公安局出入境管理科副科长赵杰、新区派出所社区中队长王文祥、路条红警官、交巡警大队李彦鹏警官，国际教育学院院长郑晓航、学院全体教师以及包括外籍教师与留学生在内的八十余名外籍师生共同参加了会议。

To further strengthen the management of foreign teachers and students and enhance the safety awareness and adaptability of all foreign personnel, School of International Education held the 2025 Autumn Semester Safety Education Conference for Foreign Teachers and Students in Tianjian Hall of the East Campus on the afternoon of October 13, in accordance with the relevant work arrangements of the university and the college. The conference was hosted by Wang Xiaolong, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of International Education. In attendance were Zhao Jie, Deputy Section Chief of the Exit-Entry Administration Section of Xinzheng Public Security Bureau; Wang Wenxiang, Community Squadron Leader of the New District Police Station; Police Officer Lu Tiaohong; Li Yanpeng, Police Officer of the Traffic and Patrol Police Brigade; Zheng Xiaohang, Dean of School of International Education; all teachers of the college, and over 80 foreign personnel including foreign teachers and international students.

会议伊始，王晓龙书记代表学院向全体外籍师生表示欢迎，并强调了在跨文化背景下树立安全意识的重要性。他指出，安全教育是外籍师生融入校园生活的重要环节，学院始终将每一位师生的健康安全放在工作的核心位置。

At the beginning of the conference, Secretary Wang Xiaolong extended a welcome to all foreign teachers and students on behalf of the college, and emphasized the significance of fostering safety awareness in a cross-cultural context. He pointed out that safety education is a vital part for foreign teachers and students to integrate into campus life, and the college has always placed the health and safety of every teacher and student at the core of its work.

本次大会特邀新郑市公安局多位警务专家进行专题讲解。交巡警大队李彦鹏警官结合实际案例，详细讲解了交通安全知识，提醒师生自觉遵守交通法规，筑牢出行安全基础；新区派出所社区中队长王文祥就防诈骗、防盗抢等常见安全问题作了深入剖析，增强了大家的日常防范意识与应对能力；出入境管理科副科长赵杰系统介绍了签证与居留许可等相关政策，帮助外籍师生准确理解在中国合法居留的法律要求。

Several police experts from Xinzheng Public Security Bureau were specially invited to give thematic lectures at the conference. Police Officer Li Yanpeng from the Traffic and Patrol Police Brigade explained traffic safety knowledge in detail by combining real cases, reminding teachers and students to consciously abide by traffic regulations and lay a solid foundation for travel safety. Wang Wenxiang, Community Squadron Leader of the New District Police Station, conducted in-depth analysis on common safety issues such as fraud prevention and theft/robbery prevention, which enhanced everyone's daily prevention awareness and response capabilities. Zhao Jie, Deputy Section Chief of the Exit-Entry Administration Section, systematically introduced relevant policies including visas and residence permits, helping foreign teachers and students accurately understand the legal requirements for legal residence in China.

本次安全教育大会内容贴近实际、针对性强，有效提升了外籍师生的安全防范与自我保护能力。今后，国际教育学院将继续加强与公安部门的协作，常态化开展形式多样的安全教育活动，为所有外籍师生在校期间的安全与全面发展提供坚实保障。

The content of this safety education conference was practical and targeted, which effectively enhanced the safety prevention and self-protection capabilities of foreign teachers and students. Going forward, School of International Education will continue to strengthen its collaboration with public security authorities, carry out diverse forms of safety education activities on a regular basis, and provide solid guarantees for the safety and all-round development of all foreign teachers and students during their stay at the university.
