9月27日，由国家体育总局自行车击剑运动管理中心、中国自行车运动协会、河南省体育总会、郑州航空港经济综合实验区管理委员会主办的2025“一带一路”国家驻华使节自行车系列赛（河南郑州航空港站）在郑州航空港区双鹤湖中央公园隆重举办。郑州工业应用技术学院国际教育学院受邀组建参赛队伍，60 余名来自不同国家的留学生携手出征，与 “一带一路”沿线国家驻华使节、企业代表及骑行爱好者齐聚赛场，在绿色骑行中共享运动乐趣，为跨国文化交流与友好互动注入活力。
On September 27, 2025 the Belt and Road Diplomats’ Cycling Series (Henan Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Station) was grandly held at Shuanghe Lake Central Park in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone. The event was hosted by the Cycling and Fencing Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Chinese Cycling Association, the Henan Provincial Sports Federation, and the Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone. The School of International Education of ZZUIT was invited to form a team, and over 60 international students from various countries participated. They joined ambassadors from Belt and Road countries, corporate representatives, and cycling enthusiasts at the event, sharing the joy of sports through green cycling and injecting vitality into cross-cultural exchanges and friendly interactions.
本次赛事以“同呼吸、共命运”为主题，是推动“一带一路”多边合作的重要体育人文交流平台。赛事设置了驻华使节、留学生及企事业等多个组别，以骑行串联友谊，借运动促进交流。其中，我校留学生与驻华使节共同参与体验组，携手完成了全长约11.7公里的骑行路线。
Themed "Breathing the Same Air, Sharing the Same Destiny," the event served as an important platform for sports and cultural exchanges to promote multilateral cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. The competition featured multiple categories, including ambassadors, international students, and corporate representatives, using cycling to connect friendships and promote communication through sports. Among them, our university's international students participated in the experience group alongside the ambassadors, jointly completing the approximately 11.7-kilometer cycling route.
赛场之上，我校吉尔吉斯斯坦籍学生 BESHABAEV TIMURLAN BERDIBEKOVICH 凭借强劲实力与稳定发挥脱颖而出，最终斩获驻华使节、留学生及企事业组第二名。领奖台上，他手捧奖牌的身影，不仅展现出个人勇于拼搏的体育精神，更彰显了郑工学子积极向上、奋勇争先的良好风貌，赢得现场阵阵掌声。
On the track, BESHABAEV TIMURLAN BERDIBEKOVICH, a Kyrgyzstan student from our university, stood out with his strong performance and consistent efforts, ultimately securing second place in the ambassadors, international students, and corporate representatives category. On the podium, his medal-winning moment not only showcased his personal dedication and competitive spirit but also highlighted the positive and striving attitude of students of ZZUIT, earning rounds of applause from the audience.
此次参赛对我校留学生而言，既是展示自我的舞台，更是深化跨国友谊的契机。学校始终会将国际交流活动作为培养国际化人才的重要抓手，通过搭建多元交流平台，帮助留学生拓宽国际视野、增进文化互鉴。未来，学校将持续参与此类高水平国际交流活动，为培育具备全球视野、通晓国际规则的优秀人才赋能，为推动 “一带一路” 体育人文交流、深化多边友好合作贡献高校力量。
For our international students, this event was both a stage to showcase their talents and an opportunity to deepen cross-national friendships. The university consistently regards international exchange activities as a key means of cultivating globally competent talent. By building diverse platforms for exchange, it helps international students broaden their global perspectives and enhance mutual cultural understanding. In the future, the university will continue to participate in such high-level international exchange activities, empowering the cultivation of outstanding talent with global vision and familiarity with international rules, while contributing to the promotion of sports and cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative and deepening multilateral friendly cooperation.
