The leadership and all faculty and staff gathered to plan and prepare for the new semester, ensuring efficient and orderly progress in all tasks.
会上，两位参加暑期“2025年河南省来华留学管理队伍综合素质能力提升培训班”的老师进行了学习转训，分享了政策解读、质量提升策略及管理经验。学院党委书记王晓龙部署新老留学生返校工作，强调保障安全返校、做好行程协助与心理关怀。教学科研副院长董鹏飞重点安排教学事务，要求全力筹备审核评估，规范教学资料、优化教学方法。外事专员周凯汇报新生报到情况，包括人数、生源分布等。
During the meeting, two teachers who attended the summer “2025 Henan Province Training Program for Comprehensive Capacity Enhancement of International Student Management Team” conducted a knowledge-sharing session. They provided insights into policy interpretation, strategies for quality improvement, and management experience. Wang Xiaolong, the school’s Party secretary, deployed tasks related to the return of both new and current international students, emphasizing the importance of ensuring their safe return, offering travel assistance, and providing psychological support. Dong Pengfei, Vice Dean in charge of teaching and research, focused on teaching arrangements, stressing the need to fully prepare for audit evaluations, standardize teaching materials, and optimize teaching methods. Zhou Kai, the international affairs coordinator, reported on the registration status of new students, including numbers and source countries.
最后，郑晓航院长作总结讲话。他对学院新学期的工作提出了五点要求与期望：一是强化科研与教学改革；二是提升民族自豪感与文化自信；三是做好中外文化交流桥梁；四是树立教师终身学习理念；五是推动AI赋能教育教学。
Finally, Zheng Xiaohang, Dean of the School of International Education delivered a concluding speech. He put forward five requirements and expectations for the school’s work in the new semester: first, strengthening scientific research and teaching reform; second, enhancing national pride and cultural confidence; third, serving as a bridge for cultural exchange between China and other countries; fourth, fostering a concept of lifelong learning among teachers; and fifth, promoting the integration of AI into education and teaching.
此次工作部署会的召开，为国际教育学院2025年秋季学期的工作明确了方向，凝聚了力量。全体教职工将以饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志投入到新学期的工作中，为学院的发展贡献自己的力量，共同推动学院各项事业迈向新的台阶。
The successful convening of this work deployment meeting has set a clear direction and strengthened cohesion for the school’s work in the Fall Semester of 2025. All faculty and staff will engage in the new semester’s tasks with full enthusiasm and high morale, contributing to the college’s development and collectively advancing its various undertakings to new heights.
