5月14日晚7时30分，“语汇世界，共融文化”中外学生口语沙龙首场活动“你好，世界！——文化初体验”在建工南楼205教室热烈开启。来自外国语学院、艺术设计学院等多个院系的中国学生、十余位外国留学生，以及部分教职工子女共同参与，以文化卡片为媒，展开了一场别开生面的跨文化交流盛宴。

At 7:30 p.m. on May 14th, the first oral salon activity of"Language Connects the World, Culture Unites Us All","Hello, World! —The First Taste of Culture", was warmly held in Classroom 205 of Jiangong Building. Chinese students from multiple faculties such as the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Art and Design, more than ten international students, and some children of teachers participated together. Using cultural cards as a medium, we held a unique cross-cultural exchange feast

活动伊始，现场参与者随机组成4个小组，由中外学生混编搭配，在空白卡片上用图文并茂的形式绘制“文化卡片”。中国学生将长城的雄伟、粽子的清香、憨态可掬的熊猫勾勒于纸上，生动展现中华传统文化魅力；外国留学生们则积极描绘来自家乡的独特符号，摩洛哥的音乐与舞蹈、吉尔吉斯斯坦的特色美食、乌兹别克斯坦的国旗和建筑，都在他们的笔下鲜活呈现。

At the beginning of the activity, the participantswere randomly divided into 4 groups, mixed-grouped by Chinesestudentsand students studying abroad. They created "cultural cards" with both pictures and writings on blank cards. Chinese students depicted magnificent the Great Wall, the fragrance of Zongzi, and the cute giant pandas on paper, vividly showing the charm of traditional Chinese culture. International students actively depicted the unique symbols of their hometowns. The music and dance in Morocco, the special cuisine in Kyrgyzstan, the national flagofUzbekistan and their architectureall came to life under their brushes.

在分享环节，教室里气氛热烈非凡。一位中国学生展示着画有熊猫、竹子与东坡肉的卡片，细致讲述其历史渊源，引发了外国友人的浓厚兴趣。另一位乌兹别克斯坦留学生展示了他们国家的国旗与建筑的图片，引起了大家的关注，提问声此起彼伏：“乌兹别克斯坦有什么美食？”“怎么制作的？”大家在问答互动中加深对彼此文化的理解。

During the sharing session, the atmosphere in the classroom was extremely warm. A Chinese student showed a card with a panda, bamboo, and Dongpo Pork, and elaborately explained its historical origin, which sparked the strong interest of foreign friends. An international student from Uzbekistan showed pictures of his country's national flag and architecture, attracting everyone's attention. Questions came one after another: "What kind of delicacies does Uzbekistan have?" "How are they made?" Everyone deepened their understanding of each other's cultures through Q&A interactions.

在活动现场，小朋友们也积极参与其中。东风41号导弹、太平公主画像、小兔子、小铲车……小朋友们用画笔和纯真的话语，与留学生们互动交流，为现场增添了许多欢乐与温馨。他们好奇地询问外国友人的生活趣事，留学生们则耐心地向他们展示家乡的特色，欢声笑语回荡在整个教室。

At the activity site, children also actively participated. The Dongfeng-41 missile, portraits of Princess Taiping, little rabbits, small excavators... With their brushes and innocent words, the children interacted with the international students, adding a lot of joy and warmth. They curiously asked foreign friends about their life anecdotes, and the international students patiently showed them the characteristics of their hometowns. Laughter and chatter filled the classroom entirely.

活动结束时，参与者们仍意犹未尽。这场以文化卡片为载体的交流活动，不仅为中外学生搭建了语言实践与文化沟通的平台，更在轻松愉悦的氛围中拉近了彼此的距离。正如一位中国学生所说：“通过这次活动，我深刻感受了到不同文化的魅力，也结识了很多有趣的朋友，非常期待下一场活动！”外国留学生们也同样表达了他们的喜悦：“It was very interesting and useful to learn about our countries and make new friends!”

When the activity ended, the participants still felt reluctant to leave. This exchange activity with cultural cards as the carrier not only built a platform for language practice and cultural communication for Chinese and foreign students, but also narrowed the distance between us in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. As a Chinese student said, "Through this activity, I deeply felt the charm of different cultures and made many new friends. I'm really looking forward to the next time!" The international students also expressed their joy: "It was very interesting and useful to learn about our countries and make new friends!"
